Back to training
Yeah! I got to workout today. I ran 1 hour nice and easy, my 40 yr old joints felt a little stiff for the first 15 minutes but towards the end of the run I felt pretty good. One component that I should have worked on during the forced rest was flexibility. Tomorrow I will bike about 2.5 hours then back to the grind on Monday.
